We are calling for a modern, statutory offence that makes serious abuse of power, or reckless failure to act when lives are at risk, a crime.

We’re campaigning for major reform so that bereaved families and survivors are properly heard and supported. That includes fighting for a statutory duty of candour on public officials, automatic legal funding for families, and real consequences when institutions cover up the truth.
